Lara Chkhetiani (the brilliant healer from Georgia, as in Eastern Europe) will be one of the instructors for a three day Healing Intensive from Friday, NOVEMBER 21 st, 9 am to Sunday, NOVEMBER 23rd, 5ish.at the Buddha-Buddha, Hau'ula HI, island of O'ahu. Lara may also be offering a five day healing program, which will be held in Lanikai the week following the Intensive. The following is an excerpt from comments of a report from a member at last September's Intensive: “. . . (the Intensive) is a gift of gentle, slow healing that I am continuing to experience in my body, mind and spirit every day. One of my symptoms, diagnosed in May of 2005, was Barrett's Syndrome, a pre-cancer in the esophagus that has to be monitored yearly through an endoscopy. This disease never or seldom goes away without surgery. . . prior to the Intensive I was experiencing a lot of pain, burning, and a hot sensation whenever I swallowed food. I was afraid. . . .
During the Intensive, Lara worked on me and told me that my upcoming test would be fine. . . .
To my surprise, my doctor told me that upon his examination, I no longer had Barrett's. My son who is in 3rd year medical school was surprised as well as elated. I remember AA telling me it was a good thing that I was attending this workshop!”
